Jamaile Reis brings nearly a decade of real estate operations and leadership experience to her role as Qualifying Broker at The Agency Atlanta. Known for her strategic mindset, operational excellence, and commitment to agent success, Jamaile has played a pivotal role in launching and scaling top-performing real estate teams and brokerages.

Her real estate career began in Miami in 2016, where she served as a real estate assistant and office manager, quickly transitioning into sales after earning her Florida real estate license in 2017. She went on to lead operations for a high-producing team, later becoming a licensed Florida Broker and Broker of Record for a property management firm. Her expertise spans brokerage operations, compliance, transaction coordination, and agent growth.

Since joining The Agency two years ago, Jamaile has served as both Agent Experience Manager and Director of Operations, supporting agent onboarding, marketing strategy, and business systems integration. She now leads The Agency Atlanta as its Qualifying Broker, where she oversees compliance, agent development, and daily brokerage operations.

Originally from Brazil, Jamaile is fluent in both Portuguese and English and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is widely recognized for her organization, integrity, and solutions-driven leadership—qualities that ensure both agents and clients feel supported every step of the way.
