Before joining The Agency, John served as Senior Vice President and Managing Broker at Harry Norman, Realtors® in the Atlanta Perimeter office. There, he led one of the company’s largest and most productive teams, guiding over 80 agents with a leadership style rooted in support, innovation, and professional growth. His commitment to agent development and customer satisfaction helped elevate the office to record-setting success.

John is known for his strategic mindset and forward-thinking approach—continually encouraging his teams to anticipate market shifts and deliver a highly personalized client experience.
