360 Chambers Street is the defining residential address of Downtown Woodstock, a five-story mixed-use landmark that pairs sophisticated condominium living with the walkable charm of one of metro Atlanta's most celebrated small-town downtowns. Completed in 2005 as the centerpiece of Hedgewood Properties' revitalization of Woodstock's historic core, the building offers 198 residences positioned above curated retail and a subterranean parking garage. Its scale remains unmatched in Cherokee County's condominium market, delivering an urban lifestyle roughly 30 miles north of Atlanta.
TSW Architects designed the 400-foot-long structure as a composition of seven distinct facades, each drawing from the vocabulary of Woodstock's historic Main Street: warm brick, smooth stucco, arched windows, recessed and protruding balconies, peaked gables, and decorative cornices. The deliberate variety prevents the building from reading as a monolithic block, instead presenting itself as a natural extension of the downtown streetscape. Ground-floor retail storefronts activate the sidewalk, while a sub-terrain parking level keeps cars out of sight. The project met the goals of the City's 2002 Atlanta Regional Commission Livable Centers Initiative Study, strengthening downtown without compromising its character.
Floor plans range from efficient one-bedroom homes of 891 square feet to expansive three-bedroom residences exceeding 3,000 square feet. Many units feature open-concept layouts with ceilings reaching 10 feet, hardwood floors throughout main living areas, and stainless steel kitchens with granite countertops and island seating. Master suites include spa-inspired bathrooms with oversized soaking tubs, glass-enclosed showers, and double vanities. Private balconies frame views of the vibrant downtown streetscape or tree-lined neighborhoods beyond.
An enormous saltwater pool with beach entry anchors the outdoor experience, surrounded by a covered cabana, privacy cabanas, and grilling stations with fire pits. The private amphitheater, complete with a performance stage and tiered viewing area, hosts concerts and community events. A dedicated playground and on-site dog walking area serve families and pet owners. Gated entry, elevator access, and professional management round out daily conveniences. Each residence includes two covered garage spaces and access to additional storage.
Downtown Woodstock has emerged as one of the most dynamic small-city centers in the greater Atlanta region. Named among the nation's top towns to live in by Money Magazine, Woodstock balances the energy of a thriving arts and dining corridor with the warmth of a connected community.
Residents step directly onto Chambers Street and into a walkable corridor of independent dining and shopping. Prime 120, a premier steakhouse at 120 Chambers, delivers prime cuts and craft cocktails beside a patio fireplace. TENKU Sushi Lounge at 380 Chambers serves innovative Japanese cuisine steps from the front door. Fire and Stone Italian Pizza Kitchen occupies the renovated 1890s Woodstock train depot at 509 Chambers. Pure Taqueria, Century House (contemporary American in an 1894 Victorian cottage), and boutiques like Spirited and Brooklynn's line the same blocks.
The Park at City Center sits a three-minute walk away, offering a fountain, gazebo, and the 7,500-seat Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater, home to the Summer Concert Series. The Woodstock Arts Village provides year-round live theatre, while every Saturday from April through December the Woodstock Farmers Market fills the streetscape with local produce and artisan crafts. The Noonday Creek Trail connects directly to downtown, linking residents to miles of paved paths and the Woofstock Dog Park. Interstate 575 is minutes away for a direct commute to Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta.
