Cornerstone Village

Overview

Cornerstone Village is one of Midtown Atlanta's most distinctive condominium communities, a four-building enclave occupying an entire city block along Peachtree Street between 5th and 6th Streets. With 310 residences ranging from intimate one-bedroom lofts to spacious three-bedroom homes, the community offers an uncommon blend of architectural heritage and contemporary urban living in one of the city's most walkable corridors.

Architecture and Design

The crown jewel of the community is the Manor House, a Georgian Revival tower at the corner of 6th and Peachtree designed by celebrated Atlanta architect Neel Reid and his firm Hentz, Reid and Adler. Completed in 1923, the brick-and-limestone structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and protected through a preservation easement. The Landmark Building, built in the late 1940s, was gutted and reimagined as 115 loft-style residences with exposed brick, industrial ductwork, concrete ceilings, and oversized windows. Two Gallery buildings (the 100 and 200 Buildings), constructed new between 1999 and 2001, complete the community with a softer contemporary loft aesthetic, high ceilings, and select units featuring French doors opening onto Juliet balconies.

Residences

Floor plans range from 625 to 1,682 square feet across one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Common features include hardwood floors, granite or quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry. The Landmark Building residences lean toward raw, authentic loft character, while the Gallery buildings offer a more polished feel. Prices currently range from the low $200s to approximately $420,000, making Cornerstone Village one of the most accessible entry points to Midtown condominium living.

Amenities are centered around a resort-style swimming pool and grilling gazebo set within the Gallery courtyard.
